We Make Returns Easy!
We know that sometimes the shoe fits, and sometimes it doesn't! Don't worry. We make returns easy.
Returns Must Be in Brand New Condition!
We wish we could allow you to wear the shoes out and about for a few days before deciding if you like them, but sadly, we just can't. On the bright side, we love when you take time to wear your new shoes around the house on a carpeted surface to keep them just like new! Please be sure to wear them away from coffee that will inevitably spill, far from a dusty garage floor, a safe distance from pet hair or cigarette smoke.
HOW TO RETURN PURCHASES MADE IN OUR STORES?
- DUE TO OUR STORE CLOSURES, we are not able to process returns for in-store purchases. Deadlines will be extended as needed.
- Returns must be made in-store within 30 days of purchase.
- A full refund is issued for regular priced items only. All sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must be in brand new condition, accompanied by a sales receipt or proof of purchase in our system.
- A $5 re-boxing fee will be assessed for items returned without original packaging.
- Danform Shoes reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of items that do not meet these conditions.
- Danform Shoes will replace defective merchandise at their discretion.
HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES?
- Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns made within 30 days receive a full refund.
- Items that are marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- $7.50 will be deducted from your refund for the first pair in your order; $5.00 for each additional pair.
- Pre-paid labels are only available for orders shipped to the US 48.
- You may return your online purchase at one of our 4 Vermont Locations. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation with you. (Final Sale items excluded.)

- Your return label will arrive via e-mail within 1 business day.
- If you do not see your return label, please check your spam folder.
- You may drop your package at any UPS or USPS office, depending on the label provided.
Some Tips for a Perfect Return!
This new world of online shopping has its own set of etiquette. Please be considerate of your seller and your fellow customers when shipping your returns.
Package your shoes up as you received them to ensure they make the journey safe, sound and re-sellable. There's nothing we hate more than making the awkward, "your shoes have been...worn outside....spent a lot of time with your dog,...danced the night away...and we can't take them back," e-mail.

- Always use an outer box.
- Return merchandise in brand new, pristine condition with all tags and original packaging.
- Do not store items in a home with cigarette smoke. We cannot accept items that smell of smoke because it's impossible to remove.
- Merchandise must be free of pet hair and debris.
- Danform Shoes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returns are typically inspected and refunds processed within 3 business days of delivery ~ usually less! It typically takes 5 to 7 days for you to see the credit post to your account.
We do not process exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the item you'd like in exchange.
